30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including your legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it.

Items returned under our 30-day policy should be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
